Kelsey’s professional philosophy emphasizes connection, clear communication, and creating positive experiences for both the patients and the care teams. She brings a grounded, approachable presence to the AIPS team, along with a laid-back sense of humor and a warm, engaging communication style. Her focus is on supporting both the team and the broader community by providing service that is professional, friendly, and thoughtful.

Outside of healthcare, Kelsey enjoys home decorating, DIY projects, and tending to her collection of tropical houseplants. She spends her free time with lifelong friends and values her deep, meaningful connections. She also enjoys traveling to explore National Parks across the country, with favorite destinations ranging from Hawaii to Maine. Kelsey grew up on her family’s dairy farm in the small town of Bangor, Michigan, but now lives in Kalamazoo with her partner, Andy, and two spoiled pets: Piper, a Golden Retriever, and Stella, a cat.
