Aging in Place Specialists (AIPS) is a locally owned and operated Outpatient Private Practice (Med B) specializing in home-based geriatric care.

  • Physical Therapists (full time/ part time)
  • Occupational Therapists (part time with opportunity to be full time)
  • Physical Therapist Assistants (part time with opportunity to be full time)

We are seeking Full or Part Time Physical & Occupational Therapists as well as PTA's (Independent Contractors) to provide services that improve functional independence and wellness. Each team member is an integral part of our culture in providing care with kindness, excellence, and integrity to help each client achieve their full potential.

Top Qualifications:

  • Preferably at least one year of experience as a Therapist
  • Experience in geriatric care
  • High proficiency and comfortable with manual therapy
  • Must have a portable computer (iPad, lap top) for documentation purposes and portable wifi

  • I've been a Physical Therapist for almost 20 years and have worked in NY and NJ. But I now live in Delaware and have worked for Aging in Place Specialists for 2 years now. It's been a great 2 years working under Kat Cieniewicz, owner of AIPS. The company is run professionally and proficiently, and I really enjoy the autonomy I now have. The patients have been awesome to work with too, and they love that we come to their homes, rather than them having to go out to a facility. We can implement a personalized plan of care that works for them without a whole lot of equipment! We get to work one on one with our patients, and therefore get to deliver specialized care in the comfort of their own home. It's a great company, with a bunch of fun and talented professionals who collaborate with each other, to do the most good for our patients.
